POWER TRANSMISSION / RENEWABLE ENERGY
Developed Unitech Power Transmission’s export business through collaboration with Inabensa, Cobra, Isolux and Mohan Exports. Built capabilities to export steel structures for solar thermal projects in Southern Europe. Export experience from India spans Southern Europe, the Middle East, and North, West, East and Southern Africa.
MANUFACTURING MODERNIZATION
Modernized Unitech Power’s Nagpur plant through CNC equipment sourcing from East Asia in the early 2000s. Also procured roll-forming machinery for Unimet Profiles from the region.
CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS
Experience developing and introducing metal crash barriers, metal tile roofing systems and floor deck panels in India, linking product requirements with manufacturing and commercial launch.
SOFTWARE & TELECOM
At Mastmobile Media, developed and launched a Mobile Music Store for Bakrie Telecom and an On-Device Portal for Tata Teleservices. Work supporting eMbience Inc. included outsourcing services and client relationships involving Venuetize Inc. and Everi.

I bring more than 25 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the businesses I advise.
My background spans manufacturing, power transmission, infrastructure, international trade and software services. I combine practical industry knowledge with financial and commercial management, corporate governance and cross-border execution to help clients make informed decisions and implement their plans.
Established and led International Management & Holdings Co. since 2018, providing consultancy to companies in India and the USA, and to European companies. Work encompasses business contract management, collaborations, business development, new product development and technology, alongside import-export activities from Europe to India.
Current operating focus in manufacturing and construction products, including metal crash barriers, metal tile roofing and floor deck panels. Since 2018, this work has run alongside the development of IM&H Co.’s consultancy practice.
Focused on building software development services, mobile products and outsourcing capabilities. Projects included a Mobile Music Store for Bakrie Telecom and an On-Device Portal for Tata Teleservices.
Leadership in power transmission manufacturing, export development and international operations, including infrastructure projects in North Africa. Concluded these roles in 2010 before focusing on Mastmobile Media.
Board responsibilities spanning power transmission, building materials and construction products, with experience in joint-venture strategy, commercial decisions and financing support.
